Tigres Del Mar (tigers of the sea) is a thoughtful team rebranding initiative created specifically for the San Jose Barracuda of the American Hockey League. This special alternate identity was prominently featured during Hispanic and Latino cultural games held throughout the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons. The Tigres Del Mar brand served as a meaningful and vibrant celebration that successfully combined the high-energy excitement of hockey with the diverse, rich heritage and cultural traditions of Hispanic and Latino communities.
